Join us every Monday at 12:00 PM for a FREE Midday Meditation - a gentle, grounding break designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and step back into your week feeling centered. Whether you're coming from work, running errands, or simply needing a moment to breathe - this is your invitation to slow down. Stay after to enjoy a complimentary cup of tea. A meditation ritual. -Mondays at Noon (Must get here by 12:10) -Guided meditation with Dr. Lisa + peaceful space -Free tea -All levels welcome -Free to attend - just come by No experience needed. Just show up. Sip. Breathe. Reset.
